The President has the following responsibilities:
- To call all executive and general session meetings and preside over the same
- To attend all Executive Board meetings
- To encourage interaction and discussion among the executive members and the Cabinet
- To relay pertinent meeting information to CSP program via email
- To delegate tasks and follow up on those delegated tasks
- To oversee all programs and activities
- To represent BGSDA at any other campus organization or event as requested
- To develop and distribute an agenda for all meetings

Vice President for Programming Kate Branstetter kabrans@bgsu.edu
The Vice-President for Programming has the following responsibilities:
- To attend all Executive Board meetings
- To assess the current social programming needs and desires of CSP graduate students
- To coordinate social programming according to the results of the needs assessment
- To coordinate special projects as needs arise and oversee the resulting special committees
- To chair spring banquet committee in conjunction with HEADS

Vice President for Administration Caitlin McCurdy Rethorst cmccurd@bgsu.edu
The Vice-President for Administration has the following responsibilities:
- To assume the duties of the President in the absence or disability of the latter
- To attend all Executive Board meetings
- To function as recording secretary at all executive and general session meetings
- To write and distribute all meeting minutes to the Executive Board and Cabinet
- To type upon request all special correspondence regarding BGSDA
- To oversee proposals for funds and the allocation of those funds, in conjunction with the Advisor
- To keep a record of expenditures

The Vice-President for Professional Development has the following responsibilities:
- To attend all Executive Board meetings
- To chair the Professional Development Committee (PDC) and solicit membership, when needed, for the committee
- To call all meetings of the PDC and preside over the same
- To assess the current educational and professional development programming needs and desires of CSP graduate students
- To coordinate educational and professional development programming according to the results of the needs assessment

Vice President for Community Outreach Joelle Fundaro jfundar@bgsu.edu
The Vice-President for Community Outreach has the following responsibilities:
- To attend all Executive Board meetings
- To identify and plan opportunities for members to give back to and interact with the larger BGSU and Bowling Green communities
- To assist the Vice-President for Programming in social programming
- To brainstorm ways of enhancing the image of BGSDA and promoting the field of student affairs

Vice President for Technology Kaila Kowalski kailak@bgsu.edu
The Vice-President for Technology has the following responsibilities:
- To attend all Executive Board meetings
- To attend training, or have received training, in website maintenance
- To provide regular maintenance to the BGSDA website
- To work with the Executive Board to provide the CSP community with up-to-date social and professional calendars on BGSDA website
- To manage and maintain all social media accounts

- To serve as representative voices for their respective constituencies
- To serve as communication channels between BGSDA and their respective constituencies
- To serve as committee members on the Programming Committee and attend the committee meetings
